Reiki Healing at Biota
Reiki helps to heal mind, body and spirit, by accelerating the body's own ability to heal itself physically and by opening the mind to the emotional and mental causes of disease and pain. Reiki brings the body into a deep state of relaxation, resetting the resting tone of the autonomic nervous system, with many experiencing a sense of lightness, peace, clarity and overall sense of well-being after their Reiki treatment. Reiki is gentle and easy to receive, suitable for all ages and does not interfere with any medications or health treatments.

Every Reiki appointment at Biota includes a short 1:1 consultation prior to the treatment. Each Reiki Healing session starts and finishes with the soothing sound and vibration of selected crystal singing bowls creating a calming ambience and feeling of inner peace.

Biota Founder Anja Lewis
Anja is a Level 2 Reiki practioner who has been mentored and guided by Reiki Master Roger Weston whom she met in December 2020. When Anja received her first Reiki initiation from Roger, she realised that energy healing has always been part of her. Now after years of practising Reiki healing at
Biota, witnessing with a grateful heart, the most beautiful and powerful transformations in her clients, Anja knows making a difference to other people’s health and wellbeing, is her purpose. With her wealth of knowledge and life experience, Anja guides and mentors others to find their life force within and how to direct energy towards what brings us joy every day.

With more than seven years of experience in using therapeutic grade essential oils for physical, emotional and mental health, Anja often integrates nature’s powerful healing properties into her practice, guiding her to create bespoke Biota Signature treatments as well as an unique combination of Reiki & AromaTouch Technique; nurturing your body into deep relaxation melting away stress, tension, fatigue and discomfort.
Anja is a registered Reiki Practitioner with the Reiki Association of Western Australia where she also volunteers for daily Absent Reiki Healing.

Learn the Usui System of Reiki Healing
If you are feeling called to learn the Usui System of Reiki Healing, please reach out to my Reiki Master Roger Weston, who, back in 2005, developed two Nationally Accredited and Nationally Recognised, Reiki courses. One, which corresponded to the first level of Reiki, and the other to assist public/professional Reiki practitioners. Roger was initiated as a Reiki Master in 1993 and his teachers' lineage proceeds from Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Wanja Twan and Greg Williamson.
Roger Weston is a Foundation Member of the ‘Reiki Association (WA) Inc.’, a West Australian based, professional organisation, actively promoting excellence in all levels of Reiki practice. Over the years, he has taught classes throughout Western Australia, in the Eastern states and overseas in India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Indonesia.
